I offer counselling & psychotherapy to adults in a private setting in Sunbury. I began working as an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist in 2007. During this time I have worked with a wide range of client issues in a voluntary agency, as a student counsellor for a University and in private practice. An idea of some of the issues include: stress, depression, anxiety, loss, anger, confidence and relationship issues.
My approach is integrative which enables me to draw on various theories tailoring the counselling to your individual needs. These include: person centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I offer short (6-8 weeks) and long term counselling.
I am a Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist and an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and therefore adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also a Registered Member of The Foundation for Infant Loss Training. I have a privacy notice which outlines client rights and how client privacy is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation May 2018.
I invite you to explore the information on my website and contact me with any questions.
I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully working with you on your journey.
