I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults and couples in a private setting in Sunbury.

I am an accredited integrative counsellor and a Systemic Practitioner (having completed intermediate-level systemic training). I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy; instead, I place our relationship at the heart of our work. I focus on building a safe, genuine connection where you can feel genuinely heard and understood.

My practice is deeply informed by systemic training. This means we won't just look at your thoughts, feelings, and struggles in isolation. We will also explore how you are impacted by your relationships, family dynamics, and the wider world around you.

Grief can take many forms, and I am passionate about supporting people through profound losses that society sometimes fails to fully understand or validate. I hold specialist qualifications in two distinct areas:

• Infant Loss: Accredited training with the Foundation for Infant Loss to support individuals and couples navigating the heartbreaking reality of pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or neonatal death.
• Pet Bereavement: A specialist diploma to support those grieving the loss of a companion animal, recognising that the bond we share with our pets is a vital and deeply meaningful part of our emotional lives.

Whether you are looking to understand long-standing patterns or need a gentle, reparative space to carry deep grief, we will work at a pace that feels safe for you.
